Customised designs may take an extra 2–3 days
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
2. Delivery Timelines
Typical delivery time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days
Remote Locations: 7–10 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or festivals.
3. Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹499
A minimal shipping fee applies for orders below ₹499
Additional fees may apply for express delivery (if selected)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
You will receive a tracking link via Email / WhatsApp / SMS
You can track your package in real-time
If tracking is not updated for 48 hours, contact us
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged product:
Report it within 24 hours
Share photos/videos of the packaging and product
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund
If your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no extra cost.
6. Incorrect Address
If the address provided is incorrect:
Delivery may be delayed
Re-delivery charges may apply
Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to incorrect address
